How does it work?

Simply place your order for a local number. During the order process, you'll be asked for the "City and State or local region for local number" This determines the phone number you receive - If you live in Houston, but want a Dallas phone number - just say you want a Dallas number! Once payment is verified and your account is setup, you'll receive an email with your new Alternate Number and instructions for setting it up. Typically accounts are setup within an hour of sign-up, 24 hours a day, so even at 3am you can get an Alternate Number for that potential soul mate you're chatting with!

You can change where your number is forwarded to, and other preferences online. Changes take effect immediately. Lost your cellphone? No problem for callers to your Alternate Number - just change where it's forwarded to online and people can still reach you.
