How do I manage my services?

Login to your client area from our homepage at http://www.ssaphone.com then click on the "My Services" link in the menu to the left.  From there, you will see all of your services listed.  Click on the phone number or the details button to get to the product details page where you can view your numbers usage, check voicemail, manage your service or view faxes, and upgrade/downgrade your services.

For forwarding services, there is a "Manage" button available on the services page that will take you directly to managing your phone number where you can provide the number(s) to forward your service to, chose ringing and screening options, change your PIN, etc.

For eFax services, there will be a button for "Fax Central" wher you can view your faxes or send faxes via online web portal.  You can also download the client software to view faxes and send from your desktop without having to login to the website and navigate to the portal each time.
